Welcome to Stunning Bond Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you (“customer,” “client,” or “user”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rules and obligations associated with our bond cleaning and other cleaning services.
  1. Stunning Bond Cleaning  provides professional bond cleaning, commercial cleaning, and residential cleaning services in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
  2. Our services are tailored to meet real estate agent and property manager requirements to help clients secure their bond refunds. However, we do not guarantee a 100% bond return, as it depends on factors beyond our control.
  3. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website. Confirmation is provided upon successful scheduling.
  4. A deposit may be required for certain services, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the cleaning job.
  5. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. All payments must be cleared within the agreed timeline.
  6. Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
  7. Our cleaning checklist follows industry standards. A detailed list will be provided at the time of booking.
  8. Any additional tasks or areas not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges.
  9. We reserve the right to decline cleaning services for properties deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.
  10. The property must have electricity and running water for the cleaning to be completed.
  11. Clients must remove personal belongings and furniture unless prior arrangements are made.
  12. Any pre-existing damages or property issues must be disclosed in advance.
  13. Our bond back guarantee applies only when the cleaning checklist is completed in full.
  14. If a real estate agent or property manager raises concerns within 72 hours, we offer one free re-clean for issues within our scope of work.
  15. The guarantee does not apply if issues arise from damage, excessive wear and tear, or incomplete property access.
  16. Stunning Bond Cleaning is fully insured for public liability and damages caused by our staff during cleaning.
  17. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or items left at the property before cleaning.
  18. Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
  19. Personal information collected during booking is confidential and used solely for service delivery.
  20. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
  21. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking at any time if the client breaches these terms.
  22. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our cancellation policy.
  23. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  24. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Brisbane courts.
  25. Stunning Bond Cleaning may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
