Terms of Service – Stunning Bond Cleaning
No Warranty for Wear, Tear, or Permanent Stains
We do not provide guarantees for wear, tear, or permanent damage, including hard water stains, calcium buildup, discoloration, and mold.
Bond Back Guarantee
- Valid for 7 days after cleaning. Issues must be reported within 5 days.
- We will address concerns within 48 hours after receiving a detailed report from your landlord or real estate agent.
- Some items may require multiple attempts, but if uncleanable without causing damage, further cleaning will not be pursued.
Quotations
Quotes are estimates based on the provided information. Variations may occur due to property size, condition, or additional services. Any changes will be discussed, and additional costs must be agreed upon before proceeding.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice incur a $149 fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if the property is unsafe, inaccessible, or not as described.
- Additional fees apply for delays or waiting times.
Cleaning Standards
- Basic carpet steam cleaning does not guarantee stain removal.
- Spot cleaning is performed for walls; additional charges apply for excessive marks.
- External areas are not guaranteed due to weather conditions.
Day of Cleaning
- Attendance during cleaning is optional. Keys must be accessible, and the responsible party must be contactable.
- Water, electricity, and an accessible property must be provided.
- Additional fees apply for properties without elevators or requiring excessive furniture moving.
Damage Reporting
- Any damages caused by cleaners must be reported within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, discoloration, or unattended items left behind.
Payment
- Payment is required prior to the start of services.
- Tax invoices will be provided upon completion.
Note: Cleaning guarantees do not include blinds, ceilings, or certain stains. Properties in poor condition will be improved to meet bond standards but not restored to new.
